Post-Pandemic Marketing Challenges and Strategies

The objective of this project is to identify major obstacles retail marketers faced since the COVID-19 pandemic, and which methods can be identified as “future marketing” for post-pandemic environment. An in-depth analysis brands, insightful surveys, consumer trends has been conducted. From method, four challenges have identified. First, a change in overall safety guidelines that force companies comply with new health standards, including limiting store capacities, was inevitable. Second, unforeseen shifts demand left manufacturing struggling keep up. Third, general industry standards caused brands do away conventional theory. Lastly, threat e-commerce giants makes it difficult small businesses compete. Four key marketing strategies order adapt post- pandemic environment well.
